Biography
Spouse .COM (AltaVista founder) millionaire John Hilinski (1 August 2004 - present) 1 child, Paris Emerson Hilinski, born in 2003.
Her father is Italian and her mother is a native American from the Cherokee nation.
Graduate of Beverly Hills (CA) High School where she was a cheerleader.
An accomplished equestrienne, she also enjoys other extreme sport athletics including skiing, skydiving and martial arts.
Unlike most other Playmates, she started her career modeling in Paris but grew homesick and returned to L.A. where she was subsequently re-discovered in a grocery store by a scout from Elite Models. As a supermodel, the Ford and Elite modeling agencies fought over who would be the first to sign her to model their Lorel campaigns in Paris, France. Layla graced the cover of GQ in 2003 as well as FHM and Maxim. She can be seen in the role of Molly Mounds in the 1998 film Armageddon as well as in Red Letters and the 1999 film Beowulf.
Layla aspired to be an actress and was successful in that endeavor. She loves rock and roll and Strawberry Twizzlers. She loves men who can dance well and if they also happen to give good massages that is a bonus!
Her centerfold was photographed by Stephen Wayda. Roberts has gone on to be one of the most talked about and photographed playmates as she dated Jim Carrey, Oscar De La Hoya, Tom Brady and Vin Diesel amongst other rockstars and celebrities.
